During the month of November, the officers of the Wildwood Crest Police Department grow their facial hair to support and bring attention to a worthy cause. Officers use the questions about their beard, mustache or goatee to spark conversation and raise awareness for that year's cause, whether it be a child suffering from cancer, a family who lost their home to a fire, or a charitable organization. We hope that when you see our officers with their new looks, that you take a minute to find out what those beards are benefitting this year and help us with our effort.
